You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent from our legal office.

3. User Registrations & Accounts

To access specific portals (such as the SitePilot foremen logs or the pixelrender API dashboard), you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Third-Party Integrations & External Links

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as Meta Graph APIs, Stripe checkout gateways, or YouTube developers tools). We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for the availability, content, privacy practices, or operational reliability of these external systems. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODMAN HOLDINGS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goodman Holdings and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
